Only done one so far. It's the first time I've done rib stitch and added any colours in and I've only done two head bags before, so I am quite pleased. I got the basic pattern from a lovely woman over on the Creative Living Forum. Thank yoo!!
Guess where I got the wool from? Yip, Woolly Shepherd!
That's great. You'll be on socks next!!! My daughter has knitted herself a couple of pairs of these to wear when studying in her Uni house room as it gets a wee bit chilly there in winter!
ReplyDeleteThere'll be no stopping you now!
That's lovely, well done, Hen. :)
ReplyDeleteThat's reall y good Hen, love the colours. Try using mattress stitch for a flat, comfortable seam.
ReplyDeleteI wanted to use that stitch but found it too hard. Maybe it's because this wool is dark and a bit fluffy?? I just couldn't work out where to stitch!!
ReplyDeleteI'll keep trying to get it right though as otherwise I think they'll be too uncomfortable to wear
Those are lovely, Hen, well done. You're ahead of me now :)
